The space is comprised of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 1st main level bedroom has a queen bed. The second main level bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The basement bedroom has a queen bedroom and a small futon. All bedrooms are equipped with smart tv’s. The kitchen is fully furnished with all standard cooking utensils, coffee maker, keurig maker, stove, dishwasher. Just outside the basement bedroom is a screened in porch with an Inflatable Coleman Hottub. The boat dock has a 22ft floating boat slip. The home is located on a hill with approximately 100 steps to the boat dock. There are also several parking areas above the hill and a garage for covered parking. 50ft worth of trailer parking, access to Power ***Pet Policy and Fees*** We charge a mandatory $50 per pet fee for all pets and emotional support animals that may be traveling with you.
