In the event that the hot tub is not available during your stay, we will do our best to address the issue promptly. However, we cannot guarantee immediate repair or replacement. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. ***Pet Policy and Fees*** We charge a mandatory $50 per pet fee for all pets and emotional support animals that may be traveling with you. This one time fee is per pet and covers the duration of your stay up to 28 days. *Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds for any reason and additional fees may be accompanied if pet hair is found on furniture. **Service animals are exempt and obviously welcome without charge or notification. For Tourney Guests: - driveway accommodates 2 full-size trucks and trailered bass boats (we suggest you back your rigs into the half circle driveway) - Lot next door has parking for 2 additional boats and trailers. - electrical outlet outside front door to run power to your boat - exterior water spigot and hose at front right corner of cabin.
